General Provisions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the p777 platform and all services under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between p777 ("Platform", "we") and the user ("you", "member").

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.4 Account Security

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on p777 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Only use payment accounts registered in your own name — funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be registered in your own name.

3.3 Verification Requirements

p777 reserves the right to verify identity documents and payment account details before a withdrawal or whenever necessary. If requested documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus on the first deposit is available on p777, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; in this case the bonus amount (৳2,000) must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳20,000, before withdrawal.

Alternatively, depositing ৳20,200 gives a ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳40,200; in this case the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 10 = ৳2,00,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Receiving a bonus does not mean receiving cash — to withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• p777 has the right to cancel a bonus and any related winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses expire when the period ends.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Programme

p777's VIP programme has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is a set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings) — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Higher VIP levels can be reached through regular and active play.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Settlement of bets happens automatically after results are announced. p777 reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds or results were displayed due to a technical error.

5.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sporting events, the specific rules of each event apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow the rules of the relevant sport.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

For live casino, slots and other games, the specific rules of each game can be found in the game window. RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical long-term statistic — it does not guarantee any winnings.

5.4 Responsible Conduct

All members are advised to bet within their means. If a member's behaviour appears problematic or upon request, we may take steps to set betting limits or suspend the account. Every member is expected to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p777:

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing deliberate opposing bets to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, full forfeiture of balance, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Any member may request that their account be deactivated for a set period or permanently. This feature is part of the responsible gaming policy and is available through customer support.

Limitation of Liability
